| My entire life I have had an intense attraction to and proclivity for the arts. I have always had extremely vivid and unique daydreams. My goal, throughout life, has been to attain the artistic skills needed to communicate these visions. During childhood, art tended to take precedence over all other activities. Eventually I came to understand the importance of environmental and spiritual work, which I began to focus on. I decided to major in biology, and volunteered and worked for various environmental organizations. I also embarked on a metaphysical journey of health, meditation, magick, and love. |

For me, art is an instrument for manifesting these qualities in my life. While I am painting, I am fully present in the moment and therefore, I able to channel the things that are prominent in my life. I find it fascinating to have a thought of a feeling, which is essentially an internal experience, and to observe it from an external perspective. It is truly a spiritual phenomenon to be able to leap out of my brain and witness myself as an outsider. Because of this, it is extremely important to be incredibly clear and accurate in the renditions of my visions. |

| My paintings have been described as biologically surreal, fantastical, and metaphysical. I enjoy all forms of art, but have chosen to focus my attention on mastering the practice of oil painting. I feel that this is the most effective medium for me to communicate my ideas and visions clearly. I believe that art is a powerful tool for waking people to the truths in life. With the proliferation of my work I am reminding people of the magick that is within and surrounding ourselves and everything around us. | |
